Spelt pancakes with a linseed protein
5 spoons of spelt flour, 3 spoons of all-purpose flour, 3 teaspoons linseed (flaxseed) protein, 2 eggs, 1 yogurt (or a combination with a Skyr yogurt), 100 ml of almond or cow milk, a bit of water with gas, 1/2 of baking powder (or baking soda), vanilla aroma, a pinch of salt
Put flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl and mix it all together. Add two eggs and mix it, then add yogurt and milk. Add vanilla aroma and mix it slowly. A mixture should be thicker than the one for the regular pancakes. Bake pancakes on a coconut oil.
3 big spoons of hazelnut butter, 2 spoons of walnut butter, 100 ml of almond milk (or according to the desired thickness of the spread), cinnamon, 2 spoons of cocoa powder, vanilla aroma, stevia in drops
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix them until smooth (or until the desired texture and thickness). You can also add some whole hazelnuts to achieve a crunchy texture.
Nutella can last for two weeks. Store it in a refrigerator, and take it out a few minutes before use.
