Pastrie with flaxseed protein

Rolls for 6 people:
A measure is one cup: 300 ml.

The Ingredients:

1 cup graham spelt flour, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 baking powder, salt, pepper, 1 yogurt, 2 tablespoons olive oil (or coconut oil), 2 teaspoons linseed (flaxseed) protein or pumpkin seed protein, seeds (chia, flax, sunflower, sesame)

The Process:
Mix all dry ingredients, then add yogurt and make the dough.
Split the dough into 6 pieces and make long lines which you will merge in a circle.

Put the pastrie on a baking paper and coat it with a whipped egg. Sprinkle with seeds and salt.

Bake the rolls for 30 minutes on 180 C.

Cut up the pastries, fill them with your favourite cottage cheese and vegetables, and sprinkle them with mango sauce.

The Ingredients:

1 mango, 1/2 can tomato sauce (2-3 tomatos and some sauce),1 purple onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 fresh chilli pepper, salt, pepper mix, 5 tablespoons white wine vinegar (or apple vinegar), juice from 1 lime, parsley leaves, oregano, 1 teaspoon honey, 1-2 teaspoons walnut butter Organica Vita
to achieve a more creamy texture add some tahini or sunflower seed butter 1-2 teaspoons
The Process:
Cut and stew onion, garlic and chilly pepper until soft. Put mango and tomato sauce in a blender, add stewed onion, spices and other ingredients. Mix it until smooth. Add vinegar and spices according to your taste. To achieve a thicker texture add more walnut butter.
