Vegan pastry with pumpkin seed butter

The Ingredients:

200 g cooked chick peas, 200 g cooked red beans, 3 spoons of pumpkin seed butter2 spoons of honey, a few spoons of pumpkin seed oil, lemon juice, spices: lemon crust, himalayan salt, peppercorn mix, chilly pepper, 1 fresh chilly pepper, 5 gloves of garlic, a pinch of dried garlic, origano & thyme, parsley leaf

Vezica mladoga luka ili svježeg vlasca za posipanje. Bučine sjemenke za posipanje.

Opcionalno umjesto meda za potpuno veganski recept dodati kokosov šećer ili ga uz med za slatkoću dodati. Kiselinu regulirati prema želji, dodavajući sok limuna ili rižinog octa.

The Process:
Cooked chics peas and beans mix in a blender as a base of the pastry. Wrap one whole garlic in a foil and bake it. After it is baked, cut it and put in the blender. Add pumpkin seed butter, honey, and pumpkin seed oil. Add spices depending on your taste and mix it all together until smooth. Decorate it with chilly pepper and parsley. Serve the pastry with our Primal Tate crackers.
Regulate the density by adding some water or sesame oil as needed.
