This is a simple soup that will satisfy the top gourmet :). The amounts of ingredients is as you desire, and instead of barley, you can also use rice. If you add more barley or rice, the soup will thicken.
Chop the carrots on the rings and shorten them on the oil. Cut the kale into stripes and pour some water. Add salt, pepper and spices according to your taste. Cook for about 15 minutes and then add barley or rice. Cook until barley is soft. In the end, add a big spoon of sunflower seed butter.
